  • Are the teaching provided by one2tuition in accordance with the MOE Curriculum?
    At one2tuition, we customize our teaching materials to cater to your child's individual learning requirements. We stay up-to-date with the latest trends in MOE schools, SEAB, and international schools, and gather feedback from teachers, students, and parents to continuously enhance our programmes. Most importantly, we make sure that our teachings align with your child's learning pace, enabling them to learn efficiently and at their own pace.
  • How often should my child have sessions with one2tuition?
    To ensure effective learning, we highly recommend that your child attends at least one session of 1.5 to 2 hours per week for each subject at one2tuition. We want to ensure that the time we have with them will be sufficient for us to work with them. Additional sessions are only recommended during exam periods or if your child requires extra help.
  • What is a Semi-Private Session?
    A Semi-Private Session is a small group class designed for 3-6 students per academic level. With a ratio of 6 students to 1 teacher, this class provides personalized attention, clarification, revision, and supervision for each student's learning. The primary goal of this class is to support students who require additional assistance while also fostering their confidence and social skills. Rather than a conventional teaching environment, it's a collaborative and interactive learning experience. To find the best class schedule that meets your child's needs, please refer to our schedule.
  • Do I have to book? Can’t my kid just show up?
    To enroll your child in our classes, we suggest booking at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us on WhatsApp. This ensures availability of slots and tutors to cater to your child's learning needs. Additionally, it gives us ample time to plan and prepare an effective program for your child. Our goal is to ensure your child's time is well spent and they can benefit from our learning sessions to the fullest. Therefore, we highly recommend booking in advance to secure a spot for your child.
  • What is one2tuition Cancellation Policy?
    If your child cannot attend a class, please cancel your booking through one2tuition WhatsApp. It is kindly requested that any cancellations and changes be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equivalent to 1 session fee. We encourage you to cancel the class in advance so that we can assist other students who require help. Please keep in mind that if there are over two cancellations in a month, your reserved slot may be forfeited.
  • What is one2tuition Late to Class Policy?
    To ensure that your child gets the most out of the class without feeling rushed, kindly encourage them to arrive early. If they happen to be late, they can still join the class, but please note that the session will end on time so as not to disrupt the experience of other children.
  • What is one2tuition No Show Policy?
    Please make sure to cancel your child's class at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a no-show fee equivalent to one session fee. In the event of repeated missed slots, we may have to revoke your child's slot from that session. We kindly request your cooperation in helping us to ensure effective learning for your child.
  • What will I receive from enrolling my kids in one2tuition?
    Progress Updates on your child's learning Online support through Email / WhatsApp / Website Live Chat Gradual Improvement in your child’s Learning A much more confident child who believes in himself / herself and is excited about his/her learning.
  • How does the Fees and Deposit Policy work at one2tuition?
    A refundable deposit of 2 lessons fee will be collected upon enrolment (per student per subject basis). The refundable deposit shall be refunded upon receipt of written notice of withdrawal or graduation. A written notice of withdrawal must be written and submitted one (1) month in advance for the deposit to be fully refunded. Invoice will be sent out on the 25th of each month and payable within 3 (three) days. These fees will cover the fees for the number of sessions for the following month. In the event where classes are not cancelled 24-hours before the start of the class or the student did not show up for the class, class will be fully chargeable or submission of an official Medical Certificate or official School Announcement/letter is required.
  • What is one2tuition replacement class policy?
    A replacement class will be offered if the class is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. No-show or Late cancellation policy applies. Replacement classes have to be completed within one month from the original scheduled class, otherwise it will be forfeited. Replacement classes are subjected to availability of classes, especially on peak hour classes. Replacement classes booked are not entitled to further replacement credits.
  • What if I am traveling during school holidays?
    Yippie! All of us are always looking forward to the school holiday. We definitely want your children to have fun during their holidays. While we want your children to enjoy their break, we also want to ensure that they maintain their learning progress when school resumes. As such, it is important that your child attends a minimum of two sessions during the holiday program. Otherwise, we may have to allocate the slot to another student.
